What if my plan isn’t digitised?
Older files may still be in physical archives. Tap “Request Assist” in-app and our team will retrieve a certified hard copy (extra fee).
Does this include Occupancy Certificate?
No. OC is a separate document, but you can place a parallel request within Landeed.
