ROR 1B is a document that contains information about land ownership and history, while the Electronic Pattadar Passbook is a record of title for the owner rights and interests in land for others.
The RoR 1B does not have an expiry date. It is used by a land owner for all the transactions of their properties. It gets updated in an MRO after a successful transaction.
