The Adangal contains details about all the agricultural properties of a survey number in a village. It contains details of the land owner, pattadar name, Khata Number, Survey Number, Village, land status, land conversion details, type of property, Extant, crops grown, soil type, irrigation methods, water rate and mutation history of agricultural land records.
Adangal is a document that focuses on land use and crop details and records information about crops grown, and irrigation methods; while the RoR 1B is a record of title for the owner and rights and interests in land for others.
The Adangal does not have an expiry date. It is used by land owner for real estate transactions of their properties. It gets updated in an MRO after a successful transaction.
